PUBLIC
SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 1, 2004
Lexington, KY - A scathingly irreverent political circus is coming to Lexington and it promises to be far more entertaining than the one in Washington.
On Saturday, October 23rd the Make Freedom Fair will take place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Mecca Dance Studio located at 209 N. Limestone St. It will include politically themed carnival games, sideshow, wandering performers and a bake sale to help inspire people to vote for a change.
This satirical "Fall Fling" is, like Michael Moore's Fahrenheit
9-11, comically critical of the Bush Administration providing political
commentary in the form of a bizarre Big-Top spectacle complete with games such
as "Pin the Blame on the Donkey" and "The Lame Duck Pond".
People can play these games and win prizes, gain insight and check out an
eerie sideshow which includes some of the latest political freaks such as the
new and improved images of the “dog face boy”, the “fat lady”, and the
“lizard man”, to name a few. The bake sale will include such
delights as the “downsized brownie”.
This event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by The Electric Toilet Brush Experience, cleaning up politics one dirty politician at a time. For more information,
